On October 1 @ 11:00am EDT, The Service Council will host its popular IdeaShare roundtable on the topic of "Innovation in Service Parts Management". Participating organizations will share their plans on adopting new processes, new technologies, and new partnerships, in order to enhance their overall service performance.
Topics of discussion will include:
- Parts planning
- Parts returns
- Parts pricing
- Inventory management for obsolete parts
- 3D Printing
The session will kicked off by 2 short presentations from TSC partner organizations Philips Health Systems and Lexmark. The remaining time will be used in debate and discussion, all moderated by TSC's Sumair Dutta.
