Growing Service Revenue in 2018
Service revenue is the primary KPI that service leaders are looking to improve in 2018. These leaders are not only looking to increase part and contract management sales, but they are also looking to better installed base management to see what more can be offered to existing customers.
In April 2018, The Service Council discussed the topic of service revenue with Lou Ronsivalli, Executive Director for Services at the National Association of Trane Franchise Holders. Lou shared his thoughts on what existing revenue channels would be disrupted due to changing customer expectations and demands. Lou also identified the untapped areas where service leaders could locate new revenue opportunities.
