In 2017, The Service Council (TSC) launched its first annual Leadership & Strategy benchmark assessment. The benchmark aided in TSC's assessment of the maturity of service organizations and manufacturers, while also providing a window into service business performance. What does good look like? What investments will help improve profitability, service revenue, and the customer experience? What are your plans for the coming 12 months? All these questions were explored.
In December 2017 and early 2018, TSC will kick off its 2018 trends research project for Leadership & Strategy. Findings from this research project will be shared on TSC's monthly Smarter Services Webcast (January 18, 2018). The webcast will also feature a panel of service leaders to discuss their respective agendas for 2018.
