Our research has often pointed to the interest in new services and the development of the infrastructure to make customers aware of these value generating offerings. In our 2018 research, we studied:
  • Continued progress in the development of new services
  • The maturity of service sales and marketing teams in getting new services in front of customers
  • The opportunity for improvement in the area of service revenue generation
