On May 24 2016, The Service Council hosted its monthly Smarter Services webcast that focused on how organizations are training their front-line service workers. This 60-minute session featured results from TSC's 2016 research project on training.
The session also featured an exclusive interview with Steve Scott, VP of Facilities Solutions at Lee Company. Lee Company has been in the news for its roll out of smart glasses for field service agents, one of the largest in the nation.
